Summary:
Johnson County Community College, a two-year liberal arts and technical sciences college in Overland Park, Kansas, completed a large addition to their educational facilities with a new Fine Arts & Design Studios.
The arts and design addition was supplied with eight Series 15000-TT (Tube-Type Fume Extraction Arms) with wall mount bracket kits. The project also included twenty-two MNX Series Source Capture Mini Arms with collection hoods, light kits and wall or ceiling mount kits.
The new metal smithing studio, plaster studio and glazing lab incorporated the MNX Mini Arms. The new metal shop/foundry and the partially enclosed outdoor work yard utilize the Series 15000-TT Extraction Arms.
"We are particularly pleased with how well the mini arms installed, everything works well", said Mid-States Heating and Cooling.
Monoxivent's source capture arms will continue to provide clean air work environments for the students and staff of Johnson County Community College for years to come.
